A Great person associated with the cricket world today died in Mumbai BCCI expresses deep sorrow

Ramakant Achrekar, coach of Famous Black Master Sachin Tendulkar, last breath in Mumbai

Mumbai:Veteran cricketer and Bharat Ratna Sachin Tendulkar coach Ramakant Achrekar has died in Mumbai on Wednesday, he was 87 years old. Achrekar’s contribution has been the biggest contribution of Sachin from childhood to ‘Lord of Cricket’. Sachin learned cricket from Achrekar in the early days and along with him former cricketer Vinod Kambli used to be trained. Achrekar has also been honored with Dronacharya Award and Padmashree.

Recently, Sachin had expressed his respect for his childhood coach Ramakant Achrekar by tweeting Guru Purnima. Sachin also shared the picture with the coach, in which he is seen touching his Guru’s feet. On this occasion, his friend Atul Ranade was also present.
BCCI has expressed sorrow over the death of Achrekar. In his tweet, the BCCI wrote, “Achrekar not only gave the country great cricketer but also made him the best person. His contribution to cricket will always be remembered.
